Summer Holiday's Opening Times
From the 31st of July we shall be opening the pub & it's food service from 5pm across the summer holidays, with a special on kids meals with a 2 for £10 offer throughout!
Up and coming events - October
Magic, Music & Mentalism Thursday 3rd - 7.30pm in the function room - now fully booked!
Fish & Chip Shop Friday 11th - eat in or takeaway
Monthly quiz night on Wednesday 16th - £2 per head entry starts from 7.30pm please book in advance!
Open mic night Thursday 24th - 7.30pm onwards in upper bar area, anyone welcome to come and join in!
Saturday Lunches!
Thanks to our volunteers, and with their hard work and generosity of their time we are now in a position to open Saturday lunches too!
So come on down for a lunchtime drink and show your support with a drink (or two!) between 12.00 - 2.30pm.

Quiz Night
Our next quiz night will be Wednesday 16th October - book in quick to avoid missing out!
At a mere £2.00 a head, its a cheap and fun night out. Come and join us if you think you're smart enough (its pretty easy really!).

We are currently looking for catering staff to work in our pub kitchen. If you have any experience in a catering or hospitality kitchen at any level, or you know of someone who does, then we would be interested in talking to you. Please call either Phil Evans on 01823 490602 .

Music Nights
Our open mic music nights restarted last October with a good response leading up to the New Year and thoroughly enjoyable Christmas singalong.
They will normally be on the forth Thursday of each month, everyone is welcome so if you sing, play an instrument or just want to listen in then why not come down and join us.
The next one shall be Thursday 24th October
Award Season
HOTV has picked up a couple of awards in recent years, we won The Community Group Award at the Make A Difference Awards sponsored by BBC Radio Somerset and The Somerset Community Resilience Champions, both in the space of a week last year! A huge congratulations to everyone involved.

If you would like to volunteer in the pub, shop, kitchen or in any capacity then we would love to hear from you.
Volunteers are the life blood of HOTV and we are always looking for more. If you feel you could contribute in any way then please get in contact!
